What is Altel Business D Plans?
Altel Business D Plans is a strategic partnership with Al-Bukhary Group of Companies and Digi for business postpaid services.
Where can I sign up for Altel Business D78, D98, D128 and D168 plans?
You can sign up for Altel Business D78, D98, D128 and D168 through our Key Account Manager, Enterprise Business.
Are the Altel Business D plans GST inclusive?
0% GST is applied to the new Altel Business D plans.
Who can sign up for the Altel Business D plans?
The new Altel Business D plans are only applicable for Al-Bukhary Group of Companies with a valid business registration number under The Companies Commission of Malaysia (SSM).
The Altel Business D78, D98, D128, D168 plans all come with unlimited voice calls and SMS. Can I really use them without any limits?
Unlimited Calls and SMS are strictly for standard person-to-person calls or texts; and not meant for any commercial/non-personal usages. For any excessive usage, or on suspicion of fraud, any illegal practice or unusual activity in respect of the Customer’s Account with Altel Business D Plans, Digi at its sole and absolute discretion reserves the right at any time without being liable to the Customer or any third party to discontinue, disconnect, interrupt, bar or suspend the service for such period of time as Altel shall deem fit. If I sign up for Auto-Billing under the new Altel Business D plans, what benefits do I enjoy?
You will receive a 5% discount on your monthly total bill for the first six (6) months of subscription when you sign up for Auto-Billing.
What is the Charging block for Altel Business D plans?
The charging block for Altel Business D plans, after you have exceeded your FREE monthly usage, is 30 seconds (excluding Altel Business D plans with Unlimited Calls to all networks). Unlimited Calls to all networks excludes video calls, calls to special numbers, calls to toll-free 1-300 numbers and calls to 121 numbers.
What are the special rates for voice Calls made to selected numbers?

How do I update Authorized Person's or Administrator's details? 
Kindly get the Authorized person determined by your company and stipulated in the original Customer Registration Agreement to write in to our Business Support Centre at ent.business@altel.my to update the details and/or account information.

What happens if I exceed my monthly Mobile Internet Quota? Will I be charged for extra usage?
No, you will not be charged extra when you exceed your monthly Mobile Internet Quota. Your data service will be throttled until the next billing cycle. You can opt for our 10 days or monthly Internet Quota Add-On to continue surfing the Internet at regular speed, subject to the relevant terms and conditions.
What is 4G Plus Internet?
4G Plus Internet is an additional quota given to customers from Mon – Fri between 9AM – 6PM on our high-speed 4G network. This quota is only usable on the 4G network with 4G devices. Upon depletion of 4G Plus Internet quota, the Internet quota from your standard internet bucket will be utilized.
I am given Unlimited 4G Plus Internet on Altel Business D168. Is this quota really unlimited?
Yes, you are allowed to use this unlimited quota from Mon – Fri between 9AM – 6PM on the Digi 4G network. However, this is subject to Digi’s current Fair Usage Policy (FUP). Please refer to the fair usage policy on Digi’s website for more details. http://new.digi.com.my/ms/tnc/fair-usage-policy

IDD
What is the Unlimited Singapore IDD about?
Unlimited Singapore IDD is a limited-time promotion that is applicable to calls made to Singapore from Malaysia on Altel Business D128 and Altel Business D168. Fair usage policy of 500 minutes is applicable. Other terms and conditions apply.
What is the FREE IDD bundle?
1 (ONE) IDD bundle will be included in Altel Business D128 and Altel Business D168 for FREE. You have an option to choose between IDD Asia or IDD World. Purchase of 2nd IDD bundle is at RM30/month. For example, if you’ve selected IDD Asia as your FREE bundle, you are allowed to purchase IDD World at RM30/month.
Can I subscribe to IDD Asia and subsequently change to IDD World and vice versa?
Yes, you are allowed to subscribe up to a maximum of 2 IDD bundles. However, change in subscription on your existing IDD bundle will require a RM10 processing fee and the monthly charges & minutes on your existing bundle will not be prorated.

Scenario 1:
Customer is subscribed to IDD Asia and would like to add on IDD World as a second subscription, no processing fee required.
Scenario 2:
Customer is subscribed to IDD Asia and would like to change to IDD World, a processing fee of RM10 is required.
Can I subscribe to two of the same IDD bundles? For instance, I want to purchase 2 IDD Asia bundles.
No, you are not allowed to subscribe to 2 similar IDD bundles under one rate plan. You are only allowed to subscribe to a maximum of 1 IDD Asia and 1 IDD World bundle.
Am I able to check my balance for IDD bundle? Where can I check this?
Yes, you are able to check your balance via the MyDigi app.
Roaming
What is the FREE Roam bundle?
Roam Advance is included for FREE with Altel Business D128 and Altel Business D168 plans. However, Altel Business D78 and Altel Business D98 customers are allowed to sign up for Roam Basic and Roam Advance respectively at only RM10/month.
What usage does the Roam bundle cover?
• Roaming Voice Calls to Malaysia mobile and Malaysia fixed-line numbers (Call Home).
• Roaming Voice Calls to mobile or fixed-line numbers of the country that you are visiting (Call Local).
• Receiving Voice Calls when roaming in participating countries.
• Internet roaming (Internet usage within the participating country and network).
What usage does the Roam bundle not cover?
Roam bundle does not cover the following usages:
• Roaming Voice Calls to any other International destination numbers besides Malaysia or the country that you are visiting.
• Roaming Voice Calls to premium or satellite numbers.
• Voicemail Calls / retrieval when roaming.
• Sending and Receiving SMS when roaming.
• Sending and Receiving MMS when roaming.
If I am in Singapore and I am subscribed to the Roam bundle, will there be any charges if I make Voice Calls to any Malaysian number?
No, if you are subscribed to the Roam bundle and you are calling a Malaysian number from the participating countries and networks, there will be no voice charge as long as you still have sufficient voice minutes balance from Roam bundle.
What does Roaming Voice Calls to visiting participating country numbers (Call Local) mean?
This simply means that you are making Voice Calls to a number in the country that you are visiting. For example, you are in Singapore and make a call to a Singaporean number or, you are in Thailand and make calls to a Thailand number.
If I am in Singapore and I make a call to any of the Roam bundle’s participating countries’ numbers, are these included in the Roam bundle?
The Roam bundle covers Roaming Voice Calls to visiting participating country numbers only. For example, if you are in Singapore and make a call to a Singaporean number, your Roam bundled voice minutes will be deducted. However, if you are making a Voice Call to any other participating countries such as Myanmar or Thailand from Singapore, your Roam bundle will not apply and standard roaming charges will be applicable.
I am on Altel Business D48 and I am not entitled to subscribe to Roam bundle. Can I still roam?
Yes, you are allowed to roam on a pay-per-use rate. Subsequently, you can also opt for our daily unlimited Internet roaming (from RM36/country/day) or unlimited social messaging (RM10/24 hours) at selected countries/mobile operators. For more information, please visit our Roam Freely (http://new.digi.com.my/roaming/unlimited-internet-roaming-social-messaging) section.
What happens after I have fully utilized my Roam bundle? Am I still able to surf the Internet and make roaming calls?
You will be able to make and receive roaming calls at a pay-per-use rate. However, you are only able to surf the Internet by purchasing our additional roaming pass. Please log on to (http://new.digi.com.my/roaming/roaming-pass) section.
How can I purchase the additional roaming pass?
You will have to dial *800# shortcode for additional roaming pass purchase.
Am I still allowed to roam using the unlimited daily/RM36 pass if I’m already subscribed to a Roam bundle?
No, customers on the Roam bundle are unable to subscribe to the unlimited daily/RM36 pass for selected countries with the Roam bundle. You are only allowed to use the unlimited daily/RM36 pass when visiting countries outside the selected countries with Roam bundle.
Can I use the Altel Business D plans to access the Internet when I am roaming? Will I be charged extra?
Yes, you can use the Altel Business D plans to access the Internet when you are roaming. You can opt for the latest Roam bundle or subscribe to daily unlimited Internet roaming (from RM36/country/day) or unlimited social messaging (RM10/24 hours) at selected countries/mobile operators. Can I use the bundled minutes and SMS under the Altel Business D plans when I am roaming?
All minutes and SMS bundled under the Altel Business D plans are applicable for domestic usage only i.e. within the Malaysia network. Any usage on Roaming will be charged to your Roam bundle, roaming passes or as per standard rates based on a Pay-As-You-Use basis.
Am I able to check the balance of my Roam bundle? Where can I check this?
Yes, you can check your balance via the MyDigi App.
In order to enjoy the Roam bundle, must I select a single operator? And what happens if I do not select the correct operator?
Yes, in order to enjoy the Roam bundle, you must be hooked on the selected operators on the list below. If you do not select a preferred operator, you will not be able to perform data roaming. However, you will still be allowed to make and receive calls based on pay-per-use charges.
