Important notes before you switch

Please ensure that:
Your current mobile number is active
Your mobile number is a main line (if you have supplementary line, you will need to separate it first)
You have no outstanding/overdue payment with your current service provider
You have no contract obligation with your current service provider

How to Switch to ALTEL


Bring your IC/Passport and visit nearest ALTEL dealer.


Request to switch to ALTEL and you will receive a complimentary ALTEL sim.


To confirm your switch, reply SMS within the deadline given.


Once you receive SMS confirmation, swap your old SIM with new ALTEL sim.

You will receive a welcome message from ALTEL.
